WHAT IS POHZ SELFIE HOUSE?

We are an interactive self-guided photography studio  with different sets or “Selfie Stations” and themes where you get to express yourself and catch some unique photos. You can bring a friend to take your picture, bring a professional photographer, or utilize our phone holder ring lights.

HOW LONG CAN I BE THERE?

We are designed to be a 45-minute experience. If you feel like you will need more time you can book back-to-back time slots.

WHEN DO I ARRIVE? 

Example: If your reservation shows 5pm-5:45pm it means that you would need to arrive at 5pm and you will have time until 5:45 pm. You are welcome to arrive 10-15 min before your time slot and wait in our waiting area.

CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE EVENT? private events! You can book the whole museum OUTSIDE our normal business hours  Contact us at booking@pohznola.com for reservations.

CAN I GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY TICKET? 

Tickets are nonrefundable but can be exchanged. Login to your ticket portal to exchange times (link available in your confirmation email). You can also email info@pohznola.com

IS THIS AN ACTUAL MUSEUM?

We are a photography studio where you can take pictures and videos with your phone or camera using our professional settings, props and light

HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO COME?

All ages are welcomed! We are a family-friendly destination. Anyone under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. We require 1 supervising adult per every 3 children under 12 that are enjoying the Experience. Please bring ID to check in. Adults can stay in our sitting area if they do not purchase a ticket. You must purchase a ticket to be the person to take pictures or be in the pictures.

DO I HAVE TO HAVE AN ID?

Yes and no, you will need to have your photo ID in order to check-in if you do not have your email confirmation (it does not have to be printed we can look at it on your phone). We accept photo school IDs for students.

DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS?

Absolutely! It is recommended to book your appointment in advance online or in person. However, you are welcome to pop in and we will get you scheduled for the next available slot.

CAN I BRING A CHANGE OF CLOTHES?

Yes! We encourage you to do so. We have a restroom for you to change in. Just remember your time slot is 45 mins, so if you have many different outfits, you may want to book more time.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

All tickets are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your appointment at any other available time for no extra charge! Just access your tickets via your confirmation email and make changes within 12 hours prior to your appointment time.

If you have an emergency or have been exposed to or tested positive for Covid within 12 hours before your appointment, please email or call us and we would be happy to reschedule your appointment. Failure to contact us will be considered a non refundable no show.

DO YOU HOST  TEAM BUILDING?

Absolutely! Pohz Selfie House is a great place to bond with your co-workers while having tons of fun, creating memories and taking amazing pictures and videos with your team! Please email us to inquire about booking the entire studio!* We will be happy host your team building events! Contact us at booking@pohznola.com for reservations.

CAN I BRING MY PET?

Yes, small dogs are welcome! We are pet lovers,Up to 25 lb or up to 25 inches tall when standing. Pet friendly days: The first Thursday of the month. One dog per one adult is allowed.

DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE MY TICKET ONLINE AND WHO NEEDS A TICKET?

We recommend reserving tickets online. Tickets at the door are subject to price change and availability (especially on weekends!) ALL guest will need to purchase tickets. Anyone thats not taking pictures will need to purchase tickets (photographer, mom, dad, friends, etc.).

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR LARGE GROUPS?

We do offer discounted rates for groups of 10 if its more than 10 guest you can reserve the building as a private Event  Contact us at booking@pohznola.com for reservations. 

WHY ONLY 30 PEOPLE PER TIME SLOT?

30 people per hour allows you to have the time and space to get to take as many pictures as you want in 45 mins. We never want you to feel like you didn’t get time to enjoy the experience because of overcrowding.


WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Just bring yourself, a big smile and make sure your phones or cameras are FULLY CHARGED PLUS good vibes! You will be taking a lot of amazing pictures, so we recommend you leave bulky things like strollers in your car. We do not have a storage area. Please show up 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to get checked in and link your selfie remotes connected to your phones.

ARE FOOD AND BEVERAGES ALLOWED INSIDE?

No, please finish all food and drinks before entering. Food and drinks are allowed if you are reserving our party area, but all food and drinks must stay in the party area.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Cash App, cash etc.
